No but there is a spare house next door to us for which I would like to find a good owner. If you moved in we could tear down the fence have a big joined lawn and build a pool! All that would still cost less than $250k plus really good neighbors are thrown in for free!
I think the house next door may be going in to foreclosure AGAIN. Should be able to pick it up for a bargain. Hell we have considered buying it.
I was thinking of Maine when you asked a long time ago about nice places to live with good school districts. Maine and Vermont. I know nothing about either of them but have a completely fabricated out of nothing vision in my mind of intellectual NYC expats living and creating art that somehow miraculously supports their living costs....
