That's the way it goes. Actually, in the first few months it seems insane, the sheer number of times you have to go to the bathroom. Somewhere around the second trimester it seems like it slows down.

Although that could just be because you've gotten so used to the frequency of urination that it has normalized.

Then it gets crazy again in the 3rd trimester since you've run out of room for your bladder and other innards.

Oh the joy!

One thing, though. Once you've actually had the baby, the first time you go to the bathroom (an hour? two or even 3 hours in between visits?) you suddenly feel like you have a bladder the size of a basketball because of how much you can suddenly store up. It almost makes you feel like cheering.

Or I could be insane because I'm pregnant. Ask Val.
